Reservation and Payment

• All bookings require payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise arranged.

• Sessions must be booked in 30-minute increments, maximum of one hour consecutive per session.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations require at least a 24-hour advance notice before your scheduled start time.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or for missed bookings.

• All sales are final.

• Memberships at Northeast Golf Club can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect immediately. Please note that while you can end your membership whenever you wish, no refunds are provided for unused time or prepaid periods.

Use of Facilities

Members and guests are responsible for their conduct while using our simulators and facilities.

Northeast Golf Club reserves the right to deny service or access for any inappropriate behavior or violation of club policies.

SMS

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 (323) 417-770. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive +1 (323) 417-770. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Changes to Terms

Northeast Golf Club may update these terms and conditions as necessary. Continued use of our services and facilities indicates acceptance of current terms.
